The Rohingya narrative driven by ‘human rights activists’ is a big lie

These are Rohingya jihadists!

I’ve been writing about Rohingya ‘refugees’ for ten years and have watched the Leftwing media machine work overtime to produce a narrative that the poor Muslim Rohingya in Burma (Myanmar) and Bangladesh are being persecuted and killed by Burmese Buddhists and therefore they need to be forced on Burma or better still moved to Your Town, USA and into the West generally.

If anyone is interested in writing the real story, and debunking the propaganda, see my Rohingya Reports category with hundreds of posts here.

I’m not writing a book today, but here are some key points beginning with this quote from that Rightwing rag—Time magazine:

Today, southern Bangladesh has become a haven for hundreds of jihadis on the lam. They find natural allies in Muslim guerrillas from India hiding out across the border, and in Muslim Rohingyas, tens of thousands of whom fled the ethnic and religious suppression of the Burmese military junta in the late 1970s and 1980s. Many Rohingyas are long-term refugees, but some are trained to cause trouble back home in camps tolerated by a succession of Bangladeshi governments. The original facilities date back to 1975, making them Asia’s oldest jihadi training camps. And one former Burmese guerrilla who visits the camps regularly describes three near Ukhia, south of the town of Cox’s Bazar, as able to accommodate a force of 2,500 between them.

That was from an article in Time in 2002! Seven years later Time was singing the Human Rights Industrial Complex’s tune!

Then here we learned that the Bush Dept. of State (in 2008) had linked Islamic terror groups to the Rohingya, but by 2012 (Obama) the State Department list was gone.  See my post here.

Some experts are trying to set the record straight:

Just a few days ago I reported on an op-ed in The Hill where a retired foreign service officer says (shock!) that the Rohingya should be resettled in Muslim countries and here is Patrick Poole back in September reporting on a former State Department official making a vain(?) effort to debunk the Leftist/Islamist story that has become the dominant theme—Rohingya pure as the driven snow, Buddhists bad. Don’t accept the narrative!

Here is what should matter to you!

Burmese monks: No fear!

According to Wrapsnet, from FY07 through FY17 the US State Department and its contractors have placed 19,189 Burmese Muslims (Rohingya) in your towns and cities!

Another 163 arrived in the last ten weeks (since October 1).

Burma is not on any travel restriction list and neither is Bangladesh! (NYC Port Authority bomber!)

What you can do:

Write to the White House and make sure Bangladesh and Burma are singled out for extra security screening or better still for an outright ban!
